YelzUfly (Bio)

Danielle Williams, born ( February 25, 1986) famously known as YelzUfly, is a female emcee based out of New Orleans. YelzUfly began writing poetry at the tender age of 8, influenced by artist such as; Master P, Soilder Slim, Hot boyz and JayZ, she progressed to writing music at the age of 11. YelzUfly's passion for rapping came when she went into the recording booth to record a track and heard herself for the first time, after that, she was hooked and has been rhyming ever sense. Danielle Williams began to form her image as a member of a group she use to be apart of called the Squad, when a friend replied to her as "yelz u fly" and after that, the name YelzUfly began to take shape.

"The Flight"
The flight was written back in 2004/2005 but was recorded later on due to personal discretion. In a radio interview, YelzUfly explained how the depthfulness of the track was based on family issues she had been confronted with at the time.
